Hidden Potential - 10460 - Achievement Missing - But I have the appearance.

I realized this bug on my character recently.

On 4/12/2020 I went on Emerald Nightmare Raid. And got the item (Mark of the Glade Guardian - 139553). After the raid I used it and I got the appearance(Hidden Appearance Unlock - Druid, Guardian - 220749) and the achievement(Hidden Potential - 10460).
But the server got dc and when I log back the appearance was there so I didn't worry. But I recently realized I had lost the achievement(Hidden Potential - 10460).
Because my friend got the same and used the item after the dc unlocked another appearance day before yesterday. It was a progress on hidden appearance.
So if u can please remove my appearance or please grant me the achievement to progress my hidden appearance on artifact weapon.
I am kinda stuck with it without the achievement because I have the appearance and I cannot loot the item(Mark of the Glade Guardian - 139553) again from Ursoc.

Hi,
Finally today I got the achievement unlocked. I received that seed from planted area for restoration hidden appearance. But please can game master check my guardian druid hidden appearance progress achievement.

I don't see where is the issue, you already have the guardian hidden appearance equipped -> you can progress to unlock the other colors. Go to the forge to check your progress on dungeons / world quests / pvp kills.

The achievement Hidden Potential triggered from the restoration appearance, so you have everything now.
