[COMPLETED] I can't get Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker from quest.

Today I got my last Binding of windseeker and I deliver the mats to the quest giver to get Tunderfury , after 50 runs of Molten core , and now this didn't work anymore - I lost both binding and materials for.
You can check yourself but I will send an screenshot with quest deliver and another one with my mats:
