Monk Training Quests [Kun-Lai Summit -> Peak of Serenity]

Bug description: Monk's quests "continue your training"line Training Masters NPCs have zero functionality.

Just a few examples, applies to all of the Monk/training quests. Please note that the questline is rather important because it gives you a 50% quest XP buff.

I am having the exact same problem with my character on Felsong. Myanda Alliance Pandaren Monk. I am level 32 and never knew at level 20 that you are supposed to be sent there and just used the zen pilgrimage and wound up finding these quests on Master Hight, but none of the 4 quests on the attached screen shot work. I have spoken to both of Master Cheng and Master Woo with the text bubble above them and they just greet me.

Yes its the same for me and i cant even start the quest
