Bug description: The equip "increase the effects of Light and Shadow powers granted by the Neterlight Crucible by 50%" does not work! The friend that I have tested with has 2x Shadowbind (both unlocked) on his relics and does the same damage on me either the Legendary is equiped or not. In theory, the 2x 200k = 400k Shadowbind damage should have done 50% more, that mean 400k + 50% (200k more) = 600k, anyway, more damage should be done. The tooltip does indeed shows that for 1 relic, from 200k shadowbind, it increased to 300k damage, but the effective damage does not apply. Proof below, please check all the screenshots in detail and see that there is a bug:
