1) In Mana Tombs Heroic, the quest Stasis Chambers of the Mana-Tombs cannot be completed becouse the Mana-Tombs Stasis Chamber is missing.

2) In Sethekk Halls Normal, the quest Brother Against Brother cannot be completed becouse Lakka is there, but talking with him not trigger anything (and the cage is not clickable).

3) In Sethekk Halls Normal, the quest Eyes of Desire is not completable becouse the Cobalt Serpent not drop the Cobalt Eye, needed for the quest. i've redone the istance 4 times... and the ONLY 4 Cobalt Serpents present in the istance have NEVER dropped the quest item.

May I add to the Magister's Terrace section that it's not possible to do the heroic version.
I tried it today, and it says I need to do the prerequisite quest. It didn't let me enter. The prerequisite was disabled in Cataclysm expansion, and the quest was removed in later expansions (I'm not sure which one).

The draenei in the beginning of the dungeon doesn't even give the starting 3-chain quest, which indicates that it was removed.


However, some people somehow got the heroic achievement when I checked through ".info" command, so I'm not sure what's going on.

After killing Priestess Delrissa door to Kael'thas Sunstrider wasn't open. It impossible to finish MGT

Regarding Magister's Terrace - you can start the quest to unlock the heroic version in Shattrath City

Take the quest and go to the Island with the dungeon, give quest to an npc there, then enter the dungeon and take the next quest in line.
