I was trying to kill that for about 50 times... All failed..

Did u try relogging and deleting cache ? also try retaking the quest

I always clear my cache folder before entering the game.
And YES, I was trying to retake that quest... Its the same..

In the end of THIS video you will see a player (Named "Alexandux") And I invited him in a party...

1st try: Both of us was attacking "Xandris the Dishonored" For me, Fail again... He got it.
2nd try: He was only one who attack Xandris, I was watching without any single hit. = Quest Complete for me! (He already got it from 1st try)
(Sorry, I forgot to record the ending)
Is something wrong with my client? Or with my account?
