[FIXED] [Monk][All] Chi wave #2

Bug description:

1. It should only stop bouncing on to targets that have CC that breaks on 1 damage(Blind, Sap, Repentance, Poly, Freezing Trap(incap version), Scatter shot, Wyvern Sting, Seduce, Chastice(incap version), Imprison(Incap version),etc). That means that fears, ring of frost, hexes and any other CC that breaks from higher damage should not stop Chi Wave from bouncing. At the moment it stops bouncing on any type of CC even stuns... Stuns don't even have a damage break threshold.

This actually worked great at 7.2.5. It was actually stopping boucing only at right CC that breaks on 1 dmg.

2. Bounces should pick closest objects - not the furthest.

3. Should not jump over to a Statue when there is a live player next to monk. Not to mention that statue completely absorbed chi wave and didn't send any more bounces back to user. Chi wave should not jump on to non moving passive objects. While at the moment it jumps on to gates, statues, totems, etc/

4. Visual. Hostile bounce on to an enemy should be crimson red.

5. Chi wave doesn't get increased healing from Enveloping mist passive increase.

2. It is a smart heal mechanic for all spells. Spells should affect the closest objects first.

4. It is green at the moment for both hostile and allied.

5. Enveloping mist should passively increase any healing done by monk including chi wave

Only one bounce since i used it on me. If I used it on enemy it would only bonce back once.

0:05 - Flies all over to the cow that is way further than an enemy right next to the monk.

0:52 - Bounces over to the statue. Which should not even happen. And never even bounces any thing back. Bounces should have only occurred between two closest player entities. In this example it is monk and priest.

8:52 - You can see that bounce from enemy monk is crimson red.

5. No demonstration but its very easy to test. You will get exactly same healing results with or without enveloping mist.
