Bug description: i tested out the T20 2p bonus for 6 times, till 50m damage and 100m, and in 5 tests it didn't even generate a single soulshard at all both till 100m damage and 50m damage, also it was on 3 target dummies so it should have more chance but it wasn't like that, but once in one of the tests, till 100m damage it generated a single soulshard.

The 0,65 procs per minute doesn't seem to be actual.
