WoW Freakz item link: Exquisite Costume Set: "The Lich King"
Bug description: Changing zones will remove the costume, it shouldn't (Dalaran -> Orgrimmar, being summoned, etc...) You still have the buff but you have to relog to apply the costume again. Also, you should be able to mount while having the costume on you, but currently it says "can't mount when shapeshifted"

Confirmed. The costume will be removed when you use a teleport to another zone. And it will not allow you to mount while you're shapeshifted (having the buff only does allow you, however).
