[FIXED] Capture cart vs Stealth

The "progress bar" of capturing a cart is remaining on screen while you are stealthed, but you DON'T continue capturing it while stealthed (that is how it should be, so no issue there)

The actual problem is that the progress bar is shown on screen at all times, even when leaving the cart area, until you unstealth. It's a visual issue only.
