Currently after you trigger Concordance of Legionfall from your artifact, corruption, unstable affliction and siphon life doesn't update damage dynamically, instead you need to refresh the dot for the dmg to increase, also after the buff from CoL has expired, the mentioned dots still have increased dmg.
