[COMPLETED] Need Help wasn't able to loot Quest item in Raid

Last Night while I was doing the Nighthold Raid with my guild mates we defeated the whole raid, but for some reason I was not able to loot Elisande the boss before Gul'Dan.
I did not get a mail either with the missing items either.

Could you kindly give me/send me this item. As we spent more than 2 hours trying to finish it.
Also on a side note. Aluriel Blademaster is bugged in the Raid. If you don't kill it very quickly he will freeze out the whole raid members and all of us had to restart either the game or the whole PC as well.
