[DUPLICATE] Timeworn Heirloom Armor Casing - don't work

Bug description: Timeworn Heirloom Armor Casing upgrades the item, but when u try to use Weathered Heirloom Armor Casing to upgrade the heirloom to lvl 110 won't work, and at the relog the heirloom is back at lvl 90. Or maybe the heirlooms are buged. The heirlooms which i can't upgrade are : Admiral Taylor's Loyalty Ring, Captain Sander's Returned Band, Man'ari Training Amulet, Signet of the Third Fleet. The heirloom Inherited Insignia of the Alliance - i could update all the way to 110.

The upgrade items work, but the heirlooms that you've tried to upgrade cannot be upgraded, as stated in this topic.
