Bug description: When I go to the Acient Elemental Altar it does not open to put the artifact weapon, I have not even received my artifact weapon and yet the chain that gives me the weapon is bugged, https://www.wowhead.com/quest=42931/where-the-hammer-falls I go to Firelands and there is no quest, then if I go back to https://www.wowhead.com/npc=99531/aggra then there is not a quest either! I think that my char is phased or something...

As far as I understand, you have received the quest to imbue your Artifact weapon, but you have not received your weapons?
