[COMPLETED] Vashj'ir Seahorse missing

My Vashj'ir Seahorse disappeared from my list of mounts. Not the Poseidus one, the regular questline one. In my collection it now says I own 18 mounts, however, it only shows 17, with the Vashj'ir Seahorse not even listed at all when searching for it. I also cant retake the quest from the quest giver. And the mount also disappeared from my interface where I had it placed on one of my hotbars as I was looking for the other Seahorse

I posted this before and it just got marked as completed. I did get the ingame mail with the mount item to learn it, however it just says "already known" so it doesn'T actually give me the ability back to use the mount.
