resto shaman mastery

hello im enhancer
well im playing like 3-4years in freakz and im shaman main
so idk if u know or not resto shaman mastery doesnt work
my healing surge or healing wave with 140% mastery 45% crit and 85k intellect(this stats about my mastery build i changed some items since mastery doesnt work) cant pass 2m heal on 10% target hp(tested many times u can test it urself)
well i spoke with some gms and class mods idk how can i find any video from retail to prouve u but u can check it i had more hps in 7.2 than 7.3 its like joke with those stats i cant heal also u can check some videos in youtube about resto shaman hps
resto shaman is one of powerful healers in legion but in freakz its useless
if u wanna proof make resto shaman use ur fly go up and jump and when ur current health reach to 10 15% start to healing ur self u will understand the mastery doesnt work at all
