Bug description:
Missing dmg from al 3 portals (both empowered portal and normal portal dmg).
This bug semplify a lot the fight and decrease the heal requirement.

Spoiler:

Theese portals should dmg only player in the central platform, not the player in the miniboss platforms.
Empowered Portal: Nathreza should also reduce the raid dmg every tick.

On offy
1) Progress log 1 Total dmg 8,5 ml per second

isn't a bug of combat log beacuse the heal per second is pretty the same (5ml per second) (link)

I can confirm this bug. But this isn't mythic only. The portal damage should happen in all difficulties, including LFR.

As how it is today, the healing requirement is very low, so you can bring only 2 good healers, 1 go up the portals and 1 stay in the main platform, and it's done.
