[NPC] Augustus the Touched

WoW Freakz link: Augustus the Touched
Bug description: He doesn't sell anything. He should sell some low level food, and a crazy grab bag that contains boe items restocking every 1 hour. A comment also states that you are required to complete the quest Augustus's Receipt Book, however he still doesn't sell anything after completing the quest.

Confirmed. Regardless if you have the quest completed or not, he just offers a dialogue window, but not a shop window. It is shown on the Database that he sells some items, including that Crazy Grab Bag.
