Bug description: Demon Spikes duration is capped at 10 seconds
Proof: I reported this before because it was capped at 6 seconds and it got changed to 10 seconds which is still not how it was on official server. I came across guide where it was shown that it should cap at 18 seconds (3 times the duration) which makes more sense than 10 seconds. This guide is from 7.2.5 but i don't think the cap was reduced more in 7.3.5.

All of the following active mitigations: Shield of the Righteous, Demon Spikes, Ironskin Brew, Shield Block as of 7.2.5 should be extendable up to 3 times their base duration: https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/news/20812012/world-of-warcraft-7-2-5-patch-notes
No further changes have been made to Active Mitigations in Legion after that point.
