Bug description: The rejuv/regrowth component is healing the invisible efflorescence mushroom trigger instead of the players , same goes to non battle companion pets and dk/warlock/hunt pets. Summary it doesnt prioritize players

Its not just rejuv. A lot of smart heals healing randoms stuff. Like Jade statues, Shaman totems, etc.

Confirmed, druid smart heals are targeting guardian/pets/npcs at the same priority as players.
