Bug description: its same bug https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Demon-Hunter-Vengeance-Empower-Wards-vs-Necrotic-t586398.html but its for rage of sleeper
when u have Necrotic stacks and open rage of the sleeper it disappear insant or rage of sleeper stay for 1 sec and disappear

Thanks for taking your time to report this issue.

Currently there are fixes been applied to RotS and Embrace of Nightmare, eitherway i did re-test necrotic stacks vs RotS and is not been bypassed.

Althought rejected, this issue will be kept an eye on for the upcoming necrotic week(s).
