[COMPLETED] One pair of my artifact is missing [Fists of heavens]

Details: (optional) i've tried every single way to unequip it ( relogging, changing specs, wearing off hand and one handed weapons ) i don't even have the other pair of the fists of heaven, even when i change to any other spec still it is missing from my inventory

i need help please, i am wearing 2 artifacts and i can't unequip the dps's one " the fists of heaven "
