Power noted this a few months ago but I checked today and Lhara still does not sell the item. I have the tickets to purchase it.

That is what I referenced in the post, see how I said Power Already reported it. I was reminding them hoping for a conclusion as I have collected the necessary items, anyways the post is for them not for users anyways.

Duplicate. There is no need for double reports and we are very well aware of the current bugs/issues. It will get fixed eventually so please be patient about it.
