[FIXED] [PvE] [MOS] Shroud Hound not working as retail

Bug description: As you can see from retail, dogs are working differently from Freakz. On Freakz dogs are always jumping on the tank // on the target with top aggro on them no matter what making this pull very easy. On retail dogs are jumping on the target further away from the group otherwise they are jumping on everyone making the pull way harder.
