Bug description: I've got ques and all quest items but I cann't turn in the quest, it does show on minimap that I can turn it in there but I actually can't

Edit: I have not tried abandoning the quest since I wasn't sure If i'm going to lose my quest items and have to wait another 3days to get them

Confirmed, Skyseer Ghrent should be the ending NPC of the quest for warrior, as seen on Wowhead.

Torn Invitation can now also drop from Suramar World Bosses since the Withered scenario is not enabled.
