[FIXED] [CoS] Minibosses being triggered in the wrong order

The enforcers from the second boss are supposed to always trigger in a certain order: Imacu'tya -> Baalgar the Watchful -> Jazshariu. I am not sure if they are entirely random on Freakz atm but they certainly do not follow this order.
