That’s the current status of dungeons :

[HOV] Fortified 25 - Currently Fenryr is not working as intended. First time you fight this encounter it should have 1.2b HP (on Freakz it has 471.1M https://i.imgur.com/I3DvmAV.png). Second time you fight Fenryr it should have 715.80m (currently it has 429M https://i.imgur.com/w9KQc5F.png). So first time you fight Fenryr it should go from 1.2b HP (based on +25 fortified keystone) to 60% so around 720M HP. Second time you fight Fenryr it should go from 720M HP (60%) to zero. For Tyrannical 25 it is from 1.66b to 1b (first fight), from 1b to zero (second fight).

Still need to check properly Upper/Lower, all dungeons has been checked, every boss is fine.
