Bug description: There is a fixed report about this but it's not correct( Dungeon Scaling - Normal - Bosses not taking correct damage.) It's not just boss HP that is x2.5 higher the normal mobs also have mythic level HP and damage. This scaling happens with the LFG tool and when the player enters the dungeon.

Proof: Normal mode Eye of Azshara: Hatecoil Oracle has 8.4mil HP(1.5mil on normal).First boss Warlord Parjesh has 48mil HP(on Normal it has 10mil) The mob damage is also at mythic level because trash mobs one-shot lv 101-102 players. Warlord Parjesh one-shot every player under 105 with a spear throw spell. On normal it shouldn't be able to take more than half the HP even no cloth classes. At lv20 Shadowfang Keep has some mobs that hit tanks for 50% dmg and bosses on low lv dungeons take 3-4 times longer to kill.

I check a bit more the issue. The scaling mechanism for dungeons works. I mean the Normal/Heroic/Mythic setting works and modifies the HP of mobs inside a dungeon.

In Eye of Azshara the first trash mob has 8.4/11/14.8 mil HP when it's on Normal/Heroic/Mythic. I assume this is also the case for mob damage/abilities.

The problem is that the base setting of mobs/bosses in dungeons is already at mythic level and it's 3-3.5 times higher that it should be. When the Heroic/Mythic multiplier is used the mobs become way too powerful. A trash mob is as strong as a Normal 110 Boss.

I think the server has a general multiplier for mobs in open-world,dungeon,raid. This should be changed to match the correct stats for each dungeon setting.

The health of mobs and bosses on mythic difficulty is correct for all mobs I checked.

I can confirm that the normal and heroic values at max level are about 1.5 as high as they should be.

The values for one boss, for those interested. The issue seems to be apparent on all bosses I checked and seem to be the same percentage difference.
