Migration

Hey guys I need help... Im new to the server and I played on another legion server (starts with F) and I would like to do a migration, I already did It and got rejected, I privated message the person who replayed asking for help and he didn't say anything... Can someone tell me what I need to do? For exemplar I would like to transfer my 110 warrior orc female (if possible I wanted her to become male) and my paladin belt female to male aswell. Do I have to create 2 chars same race gender and class for it to happen or what should I do? Also to fulfill the migrate topic do I write right in front of the question like server played, desired profession etc?
