Bug description: At max ilvl ( in my case) the offhand ilvl does not get increased by netherlight crucible ilvl increase and this bug most likely persists on other people's offhands no matter the ilvl if they infused relics in netherlight crucible.
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/YstVGhQ just doing some simple math here nothing else.1287 crit x2 should be 2574 not 2503.As you can see when i unequip the weapon it becomes 999 and it gives 1216 crit.So if i equip it back i get main hand weapon crit 1287 from 1014 ilvl and 1216 crit from 999 offhand weapon and that is equal with 2503.Also offhand damage should always be half of main which here clearly is not the case there is a big chunk missing..Simple as that ilvl on offhand does not work.Have not tested other classes with double weapons so i am not sure if it has the same issue.
P.S As a sidenote iff you look on the top 100 ilvl players on the server There isn't a single player with MH+OH or double weapons.Fury warriors shamans rogues fire mages etc So i guess it does not work for either of those specs/classes.
