"Eye Beam" damage is now correct and is now scaling with the key level, but after these changes the boss is really hard and almost not doable, without any combat ress.
- First of all, the "Eye Beam" is doing damage instantly, which is wrong:

As you can see on retail the "Eye Beam" is casted on the hunter, which is not taking damage from the start but he has time to move out from the ability. The damage is apparently delayed by 1-2 seconds, just the time to react that the beam is on you and correctly move out.

As you can see the "Eye Beam" is casted on the healer (Lithium) which is almost dying since the damage is instant (if it was tyrannical he was dead).

So basically if you're a dps and the "Eye Beam" is casted on you, if you're in a wrong position there is no chance to counter play that damage which is not correct at all.
- The "Eye Beam" hitbox is too big / is too fast:
In order to maintain the area "clean" the best way to deal with the "Eye Beam" is by kiting it slowly or way better if you kite it in a circle. Currently this is not doable:

As you can see currently on Freakz the hitbox is too big so the decision to kite the "Eye Beam" is too risky.
