Bug description: When i try to use it says "No charges remain" it is not even in cool down btw i have bought it but cant use it please help
Proof: Dunno how can i put video for it i guess it wont be need cause when you will also try the item you will see it doesnt work and will say "no charges remain"

Can't reproduce the issue, it works perfectly fine for me. If you still experience issues with it, please make a new report and provide proof (at least a screenshot).
