i cant log on my account error message

hello
i was and still im trying to log on my account in vain.
i keep getting this error message: you have been disconected BLZ51900002.
can someone help me ? i cant play the game.

i restarted my modem now i have new error message BLZ51914001

yes i did it didnt work. im reinstalling the game its a desperate mesure but i dont know what else to do. im just glad i didnt invest much time imagine if u play for mounths and this error doesnt allow u to play and all your progress ends.
anyway i will let u know if the reinstall thing worked.

Hi pululos,

Try hoing to my router configuration:
Security -> Firewall -> Disable Anti-Hacking Protection and setting Firewall Level(IPv4) to Low

yep my firewall and antivirus are off.
