lost items

Hi,

i have send items from 2 othrt chars to my new char via letter.

i do not receive the items and i can not restore it via website.

Any solutions?

Other characters on the same account? Different account? Have you deleted the characters which you sent the emails from after you sent them?

More details to find a solution are required.

I have created 2 Chars with same name in 10 min delete the first and create the 2. and sent the letters. I can't restore the deleted char...

Characters below level 110 cannot be restored. You're sure you typed the correct character name? Mail between characters on the same account should be sent/received instantly.

Make sure it's not a visual bug if the mail icon did not appear next to your minimap and use /reload before opening the mailbox to check for those mails.

so i have checked it with a 3. char ... i cant receive masseges... the name of the char is luemmeltuete... is it maybe to long? i dont know what to do... i have sent all i have to this char and cant receive... 400 Gold and bags in value of 500G

Edit: i have sent from luemmeltuete to one of my other accounts a massage and recieved the massage on my other account. after that i click on answer on my other account and do not receive the massage on luemmeltuete. WTF

Make sure you don't have any UI addons which might interfere with this.

Update @ 01-09-2020, 12:01:50

And make sure to wait longer than the standard 1 hour time period for mails to arrive and recheck later.

I am sure! i can receive massages on all other chars, only not on this one (luemmeltuete)

As I said, wait longer and recheck afterwards.

If the mails still don't arrive you must have had a typo in the mails and we can't help you in that case.

till now no mail!

how should i have an typo if i answer on a mail? I can sent from 1 to 2 . than i answer as 2 to 1. but 1 still not receive. that rules out a typo!
