Cannot buy 3 pieces of PVE items after donated at 3 PVE items from Shop

Character Name = Xeramonic (Alliance Druid)

I bought a package from website

- Any PvE - BIS (Mythic Titanforged, ilvl 985) (3 items)

Then I logged in and choosed 3 pieces those I want from ingame shop 1 by 1.

They are Chest , Shoulder and Hand pieces of tier 21.

But After I bought 2 items (Chest and Shoulder) ... I choose third piece (Hand) and clicked buy but the message show I don't have enought money.

I just left 18$ ... What did I wrong ?


I need 3 tier 21 pieces (Chest , Shoulder and Hand) .. You can take all prices from my account. What should I do ? Can you rollback or give me last pieces and take my money ?

I've opened ticket , send email to [email protected] and said Global chat a lot of times .. but I didn't get any responses.

So I'm here posting my issue. I can give you screenshoots if you request about my payment.

Hello devilzealous,

The website let you pick 3 items you want when you selected (and purchased) it. It took the money from your account.

You CAN'T buy that pack on website, to select the items ingame - that isn't possible. You can only buy individual items ingame - for the full price of a single item. (With the exception of the Full Tier Set pack)

Explain the situation to the donation support at [email protected] and they will help you sort the issue out - we here can not help you with this, GMs and other forum staff are not responsible for donation related issues.

@Sarah Thank you for quick reply ... Can this be possible to rollback my 2 purchases of ingame shop and let me choose from website again ? I've described what I want in original post ? They didn't reply me yet for my email and it is very too long I've been waited. And it is my first time of payment :p

If you explain what happened and the purchase is very recent then yes, this will likely be possible.

A reply can take several days, that's the expected and normal wait time.

Thank you again for respose .. My purchase is about last 2 hrs ago ... wait what ? reply from [email protected] may take several days ? Now I'm dying to get my third pieces - . Has there any chat channel to talk about this to them ?
