[FIXED] [Aggramar] Taeshalach Technique vs Phase

(Heroic)Aggramar is a 3 phase fight with 2 intermissions. He should transition on 80% and 40% hp.
In these phases he will do the Taeshalach Technique once he reaches 100energy. This ability consist in a sequence of 2 abilities: Foe Breaker and Flame Rend. If the boss goes at 80% or 40% in the middle of the Technique (for example after casting Foe braker), he is supposed to stop doing the technique, and transitioning into intermission.
