Lost huge amount of items across my entire account

Hey,

I logged back in yesterday after many months of being away. At first glance I noticed that all of my characters were naked and one of my old character's name was modified from 'Hera' to 'Herayg' or something (?). I deleted all irrelevant alt characters in the meantime so I don't have a screen shot of that, but following is an example of how that looked:

Right after I log in and out, the character list resets and it shows the gear.

Next weird issue: most of my mounts are not in the catalog, even though I can still access them from my action bar - same story on both of my characters:

Pets, heirlooms and toys were fine, same for the content of my bags, but my transmog seemed to be missing too?

And these pictures show just a few missing items. I ran into the same issue on both Liena and Milkshakee.

I couldn't pass all the item names and IDs seeing as we are talking about 167 mounts and I forgot what they all were. To be honest I don't even know if this is the correct place to post these issues, I am sorry if that is the case please let me know where to post and I'll go ahead and do that.
As a software developer this, to me looks like a migration error, or the catalog is trying to reach one data base while the action bars are reaching another? How ever I don't know how game development works, let alone what structure you guys use.
I hope there's a simple solution for this, like resetting my characters or maybe trying to migrate the transmog and mounts catalogs again. Please let me know if I can assist you in any way in solving this issue. I have been a member of the freakz community since ~2010 and many of these mounts haven been farmed heavily for many, many hours on end.

Hello Friend !

For Your Transmog Items You Need To Delete Equipmen Manager ( All Of Saved Equips ) If You Came Back After A Long Time !

And For Mounts , Just Try To Search Name In Mounts List , Or Try To See If Collected Or Not Collected Tik Is Enable In Filter Part And Try To Reset Them Once Agin , And You Can Also Chek Your Mount Collection In Armory If It Was Fine There Then U Need Ingame Changes !
