problem in mission

Hi, I have a problem with a mission called Cry Thunder !, I don't get the dragon that I have to ride to kill 150 and I see that it is only me the problem because I see other players that if they can do it, I already cleared cache and release from the page and it doesn't work.

I don't know what other proof could show since I don't get the dragon and the others do.

Its the classic Venthyr that phases out, some old report mentioned something about him re-appearing once server restarts or crashes, but he still was phased out, i gave up on this quest on all my alts while lvling, but for new people it is an issue (Pathfinder Achievement).

Edit: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Cry-thunder-t587322.html This report, and yet, venthyr doesn't appear even after said restart/crash (Don't know if its the same for everyone here -At least for me when i was lvling an alt he didn't).

As said in this report, the NPC is suffering from phasing issues sometimes.
