Details: Hello, so I bought this ring using 20 VP, spent money to buy tokens for level 90, 100 and 110. I upgraded to 90, all good. Then I upgraded to 100, all seemed fine. I tried upgrading to 110 but it wouldn't work, so I logged off. When I logged back in, I saw the Ring was still 90 so I thought maybe I did something wrong and thought I had used a level 100 token when in reality I hadn't. So I bought another one. And then the same exact thing happened. Now I am not asking for a refund on the VP or the level 90 token, but if you could at least refund me the money I spent on the level 100s and level 110 tokens that would be greatly appreciated. There was no indication about this bug, therefore there was no way of knowing before buying/spending VP/Gold for the item/tokens.

You can make a new request to replace the item with something of similar price range from vote shop, nothing else can be done
