Bug description: So I bought one of the two (??) "Brew of the Month" Club Membership Form from Belbi Quikswitch . The item started the quest Brew of the Month Club and I went to Larkin Thunderbrew but none of the 3 (?) Larkins wanted to accept the item. I could not complete the quest so i abandoned it, thinking that retkaing it would fix the issue. To my surprise, after abandoning the quest, the item was gone from my bag.
I would love to have the item or the tokens returned.
Proof: I was not inspired enough to record the whole issue, since I did not anticipate it. Cannot reproduce it since I do not have the Brewfest Prize Token (all the wuests that award them are broken too) needed to buy it again.

I can confirm this bug, looks like vendor is selling two versions of this item, one of them is not working.
Gonna lock the post for now.
