its a fresh account
help me please
i'm ready to answer.
edit: i just changed my password and now new message sometime appear its "You have been disconnected (BLZ51914001)"

Make sure that you're using our launcher and that you're logging in with your USERNAME (Not E-mail!) that you registered your account on on https://www.wow-freakz.com/register.php

Forum account and Website/Game account are different!

Sorry to say this but i've been playing on Freakz since 2012 so i've been using my ingame account name n it's respective password to login but we are still facing the same error

Make sure that you're using the correct launcher, and make sure that the "set portal" line in the config.wtf file is set to "EU".

You may also need to log into the website once, to "refresh" the account if you've been inactive for a LONG time.

In very rare cases we've had it happen that changing the password on the website was required in order to make an account functional again.
