[REJECTED] Unable to destroy heirlooms purchased from the wow shop

Don't know if this is the correct place to post this, however the ingame ticket system seems to be bugged for me, as it gives me an error about not being able to update my ticket. Anyways, purchased some heirlooms, and I am unable to destroy the original set, even though they were added to my collection correctly. I have all of the heirlooms that are unable to be destroyed located in the bank. Unless it removes them from the collection, could you remove those items from the bank for me?
