cannot mog or equip taeshalach

I need your help freakz ,yesterday i got the sword taeshalach for aggramar and i mog it with a guild members transmog mount
day after that i try to fix my mog but i cannot mog it anymore even tho i have the sword and the mog on my gallary but still cannot mog it
i did everything before u ask. I relogged , i unstuck my warrior and switch my warrior talent to arm so see of i can mog it or not but does not work and i also try to mog it on my pala and survival hunter but does not work at all.
I cannot even equip taeshalach even do its a 2handed on my warrior. I was able to equip it the day i got it but i cannot equip now. idk what to do about this item bug , if anyone can see this bug or help me with this would be really appreciated
