I can't open the launcher

I can't open the launcher because I can't install Microsoft visual c ++ 2015.
It is not compatible with my operating system windows 8.1 pro, I have been looking for a solution in different forums and none works for me if you could help me I would appreciate it

Hello Lompe343,

Unfortunately there is no solution other than upgrading to Windows 10.

Visual C++ 2015 as well as a relatively new version of .NET Framework (which also is not supported by Windows 8.1 anymore) are mandatory in order to run the launcher.
