Bug description: The mob "Bonescreamer" is supposed to drop a Quest item for a Skinning Rank 2 quest, wowhead says it has 99% drop chance, Freakz database says 100% but the mob did not drop it until the 4th kill.

I can't reproduce, it has 100% and drops only when you have the quest active.
