Character name: Bloodrayne

Bug description: only 7-8 npcs spawn around the 3-4 nodes in the southern part of the WQ area (Drustvar, NNE of Arom's Stand at 41,40). this makes it very tedious to complete after collecting all the azerite nodes (which barely gets u above 50% completion), especially when more players are around.
