Noggenfogger Size Bug

Bug description: The noggenfogger elixier doesnt work properly if your using an portal while your small. So everytime you get small through nogger, you can use any portal, go through, lose the effect from nogger and get to your normal height. But you still have your nogger buff on the right top. When you now click that buff away you gain the size you normally would lose when getting small.

Proof: https://imgur.com/a/L3oPCNL this is the normal nogger effect with getting small. The second pic is when you enter a portal and you instantly lose ur nogger effect (you even see how the char regains his normal size after loading screen) and after that you can click the buff away and then you gain the amount of size you normally would lose.
