When druid uses [Shred](https://testbfa.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=5221&name=shred) during Stealth in PvP there should be a x 0.7 mod applied.

**Proof:**
Simcraft state visible 30% increase during stealth and also mentions 0.7 mod for PvP that is currently not active on freakz.
