Bug description: so this npc should sell Technique: Glyph of Dalaran Brilliance......as seen here on wowhead https://www.wowhead.com/npc=28715/endora-moorehead

but she doesnt sell it as seen on freaks npc finder https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=28715&&name=endora-moorehead
