[Quest][Icecrown-Argent Tournament] The Valiant's Challenge

Character name: krellia
Bug description:
killing the Argent Champion doesn't give the required kill credit to turn in the quest.
the original quest required you to equip a lance, mount up from the stable and defeat the champion in mounted combat after talking to an npc to summon him.
back in legion, the Argent Champion had a respawn time of its own(no npc talk required) and could be killed with a one-shot of regular spells, he's not even mounted.
everything is pretty much the same now, except the fact that killing him doesn't give the necessary kill credit.

Proof:
1. https://imgur.com/gallery/wUsIjvp : the champion to defeat - have the quest - mouseover shows he's not defined as target of quest ( he was in legion )
2. https://imgur.com/gallery/0syRuap : champion killed in mounted mode using the skills provided - no kill credit received
3. https://imgur.com/gallery/7yFtREC : champion killed on foot with bare hands and slowly(no gear equipped) - no kill credit received

note:
1. using the skill in mounted mode killed him in one shot, so it wasn't possible to do that slowly.
2. I didn't provide anything regarding the npc(Squire Danny) that would supposedly summon the champion, assuming his independent spawn mechanic would remain

side note:
on each faction(A or H); there are 5 quests with this name, each for a different race. the one linked above is the one for the darkspear trolls. I know this version of the quest is bugged but I'm not sure about the others since I completed the other 4 on Horde before the update to BFA.
completion of this quest on different races is required for various titles, achievements, mounts and the argent squire/gruntling companion.
